A number of people are needed to run all the various events and activities. The primary Rally staff consists of about 10 persons all of which need additional volunteers to help.

This is a great opportunity to meet new friends, laugh, work hard and hear the latest Rally stories. All volunteers receive a volunteer gift. We appreciate any time you can give. 	Rally Headquarters Setup	8am - 3pm

Friday, May 22
	Headquarters Setup or Registration	8am - noon
	Food Preparation	9am - noon
	Headquarters Decorations	9am - noon

Saturday, May 23
	Registration	8am
	Time Trial	8am - 11am
	Hill Climb	1pm - 4pm
	"Best of Show" setup in main building	5pm - 7pm

Sunday, May 24
	Century/Metric Century	All or part of the day
	Bicycle Roadeo	9:30am - 11:30 am
	Kid's Games	12 noon - 2pm
	2-K run	2pm - 3pm
	Awards and party Set-up	1pm - 3pm
	BBQ Setup and Cleanup	afternoon: TBD

Monday, May 25
	Packing up and cleanup

	I will volunteer for anything, any day. We have many small tasks that need to be done throughout the weekend. Check in with Sharon for job assignments

Thursday -

Headquarters setup stage, registration, check-in, tables, chairs, kitchen, decorations, stuff goodie bags, route slip posters, hang banners, registration packets, side street entrance greeter to give camping directions

Friday -
Registration check-in, decorations, vendor set-up and food prep.

Saturday -
Time trial, hill climb, Huffy toss, "Best of Bike Show " setup, decorations

Sunday -
Century and Metric Century help including rest stop, sag support and check in. BBQ setup and taking tickets, setup for Bicycle Roadeo and 2K run.

Monday -
Cleaning and packing up
